A continuously clean outdoor area
We manage waste points, empty bins and keep routes free of litter. Our teams check immediately for loose waste, abandoned packaging and small hazardous items.
Frequency is aligned with traffic, opening hours and seasonal influences. Entrances, parking spaces and walking routes remain clean even during peak periods. Where possible we work with separated streams for residual waste, paper/cardboard and PMD.
All actions are logged in the maintenance app. Per round you see which bins were emptied, where extra cleaning was needed and which observations were made.

A litter-free site takes rhythm, not big clean-ups
Litter on a business site or filling station is rarely solved by one big clean-up. It builds continuously: out of cars, out of overflowing bins, and blown in from the road. Tackle it once a month and the site looks untidy three weeks out of four.
So we fold it into the regular round. Waste points emptied, litter picked along edges and fencing, and the places where rubbish collects — under the canopy, behind the shop, along the entrance — get attention every time. Bins that structurally fill up too quickly are flagged so capacity or placement can be adjusted.
Where possible we separate residual waste, plastics and paper/cardboard, and remove them. You get a record of what was taken and where it went.

Waste collection on business sites
- Do you take the waste away, or only empty the bins?
- We take it away. Bins and waste points are emptied and the bags go with us; you do not need to arrange an extra container or collection round.
- Do you separate waste streams?
- Where the location allows it we separate residual waste, plastics and paper/cardboard. If the site layout prevents separation we flag it with a proposal to solve it.
- Can waste collection be arranged separately?
- It can, but it is rarely the cheapest option. Combined with grounds maintenance or cleaning, one crew travels once instead of twice — which shows in the cost and in the disruption on site.
- What do you do about fly-tipping?
- We record it with a photo and report it immediately. Small dumps go with us in the round; for larger quantities or suspect material we agree the removal with you first.
