Grounds maintenance
Mowing, pruning, weed control and border care for a representative and safe site all year round.
Neat throughout the year
We combine regular mowing and pruning with considered weed control and careful border maintenance. Growth cycles, seasons and site use determine the plan.
Our teams work with fixed rounds and clear quality levels. Maintenance is aligned with peak moments and specific wishes, so the site remains representative in busy and quiet periods.
Fixed schedules, photo updates and short reports keep you informed. If something deviates, we adjust quickly and record what was done.
Our grounds work
Lawn maintenance
Mowing, aerating, edging and feeding for a tidy and healthy lawn.
Pruning and shaping
Keeping hedges and shrubs in shape, safely lifting tree crowns and removing dead wood.
Weed management
Mechanical and thermal where possible; a chemical-free approach for paths, borders and edges.
Border care
Weeding, topping up bark or gravel and caring for perennials and ground cover.
Leaf and litter clearance
Removing leaves and loose debris to prevent slip hazards and keep sightlines clear.
Seasonal rounds
Spring and autumn visits, including storm-damage checks and small repairs.
Electric where possible, chemical-free by default
We use battery-powered and electric tools wherever possible to reduce emissions and noise. We tackle weeds mechanically or thermally, without harmful products.
If we spot minor damage while working, we often repair it immediately or schedule it straight away so your site remains safe.

Photo updates
A report in the maintenance app after every round.
What makes grounds maintenance for businesses different
Maintaining greenery on a business site is not the same job as private garden work. On a business park, filling station or charging plaza the outdoor space is under pressure all day: lorries drive over the verges, salt and fuel end up in the borders, and people are walking around while you work. That calls for equipment that can be set up and cleared quickly, for working outside peak hours, and for a crew that puts safety before speed.
So we plan per location rather than per street. At a filling station that means mowing and pruning during the quiet hours, with the work area cordoned off and sight lines kept clear. At a distribution centre it means working around loading times. And on a charging plaza we work around occupied charging points, so nobody waits because the crew is in the way.
Every round is documented with photos in our maintenance app. You see what was done, what was noticed and what needs attention next time — without having to inspect the site yourself.
Where we handle grounds maintenance
From Roosendaal our crews work daily across West Brabant, Zeeland, Limburg and South Holland, and across the border in Flanders. Short travel times mean fixed rounds that actually run on time and urgent work that can be scheduled the same week.
For national chains we also service locations outside these regions, under one contract with a single point of contact.

Grounds maintenance for businesses
- How often do you visit for grounds maintenance?
- It depends on the type of location and the season. A filling station with prominent greenery usually needs a round every two weeks during the growing season and considerably less in winter. A business park with large lawns often needs mowing every one to two weeks from April to October. We build the schedule after walking your site.
- Do you use chemical weed control?
- No. We tackle weeds mechanically and thermally: brushing, flaming and hot water. That is better for the surroundings and avoids friction with chains and municipalities that have excluded glyphosate from their purchasing terms.
- Can you combine grounds maintenance with cleaning and waste collection?
- Yes, and that is exactly what VESTA was set up for. One crew handling greenery, emptying waste points and sweeping the site during the same round saves you travel time, invoices and coordination. You have one point of contact for the whole site.
- What happens to the clippings and pruning waste?
- We take it away and process it as green waste. You do not need to arrange a container and nothing is left behind on site.
- How do I know what happened during a round?
- After every round we post photos and a short note in the maintenance app. Anything noteworthy — a fallen shrub, a loose paving slab, damage to a fence — is recorded there too, so you can decide whether we fix it straight away.
