Minor repairs on site
Repair of small damage and technical attention points so your location remains safe and cared for.
Repair quickly, stay neat longer
Small defects or damage create unrest and safety risks. We solve them quickly: from securing loose tiles to resetting bollards and light paintwork.
Around filling stations we often see damage from traffic and intensive use: tilted drain protectors, loose grates, damaged edges near pumps, impact damage to posts or signage and wear on canopies and pump covers. We include these points in the round.
Every repair is linked to your maintenance plan. You receive before/after photos and a short note in the app, so you know exactly what was repaired and when.

We solve it during the round
Many repairs can be handled during regular maintenance. Larger or specialist jobs are planned in consultation so you keep control of timing and cost.
We use durable materials and safe, compact tools that suit busy public-facing locations.
Small damage that grows while nobody notices
A loose paving slab, a leaning post, a broken corner guard at the pump island: each one is minor work, but together they decide how well kept — and how safe — a location looks. The problem is usually not the repair, it is noticing. As long as nobody reports it, it stays.
Because our crews walk the whole site every round, they see these things anyway. What can be fixed on the spot, we fix: resetting a slab, tightening a fixing, touching up paintwork. What needs more time or materials is recorded with photos and scheduled in consultation.
That keeps a site tidy without you having to call in a separate contractor for half an hour of work.
Where we carry out minor repairs
We carry out minor repairs at locations across West Brabant, Zeeland, Limburg, South Holland and Flanders, usually during the regular maintenance round.
For customers with a national portfolio this work is included in the same contract as the rest of the site maintenance.

Minor repairs on site
- What counts as a minor repair?
- Work that can be completed within a round using the tools we carry: resetting paving, fixing fences and posts, replacing corner guards and rubbers, touching up paint damage, repairing seals and securing loose parts on pump housings.
- What if the damage turns out to be larger?
- Then we record it with photos and a short note and send you a proposal. We never carry out work beyond what was agreed without your approval.
- Do I have to report repairs myself?
- You can through the app, but usually you do not need to: our crews spot it during the round. Reporting mainly helps for something that happens between two rounds.
- Are minor repairs part of the maintenance contract?
- Most contracts include a fixed number of hours for spotting and immediate repair. That avoids separate invoices for twenty minutes of work and means small things get solved straight away.
Small damage, visible difference
Report it through the app or plan an inspection round. We repair it quickly and safely so your location stays representative.
