One maintenance plan instead of four suppliers
Most locations have accumulated a landscaper, a cleaning company, a waste collector and a handyman over the years. We take the entire outdoor site into one plan: greenery, paving, pump islands, building shell, waste and minor repairs. One crew, one round, one point of contact. That saves coordination, but above all: nothing falls between the cracks any more.
The plan is built after walking your site. We look at usage, seasonal effects, peak times and the condition of the grounds, and translate that into frequencies per element. After every round you see in the app what was done.

- What does site maintenance for a business park cost?
- The price is driven by surface area, the ratio of greenery to paving, the frequency you want and how accessible the location is. We make a proposal after walking the site, with a fixed price per round so there are no surprises.
- Am I tied to a long contract?
- Maintenance contracts usually run per year, so frequencies can be adjusted annually based on what we see on site. Multi-year arrangements are possible for larger portfolios.
- Can you take over from an existing supplier?
- Yes. We start with a walk-through and a baseline record with photos, so the state of the site is documented from day one. After that the work runs to the agreed schedule.
- Do you work for national chains?
- Yes. We service locations for Shell, TinQ, BP, Gulf and SuperTank among others, with one contract, one point of contact and the same reporting at every location.
- How do I keep track of what is happening?
- Through our maintenance app. After every round it holds photos, a note per completed task and any observations. Both management and operations can view it.
