Site maintenance in Flanders

From Roosendaal the Antwerp region is a shorter drive than much of the Netherlands. So Flanders is not abroad for us but simply part of the coverage area, with the same crews and the same method.

We service business parks, filling stations and charging plazas there: grounds maintenance, site cleaning, waste collection and minor repairs in one fixed round, with photo reporting after every visit.

In Flanders we mainly work along the logistics corridors: business parks along the main connecting roads, filling stations on through routes and charging plazas at business locations.

For customers with sites on both sides of the border we handle everything under one contract, with the same reporting for the Dutch and Belgian locations.

Do you have a Belgian base?

No, we work from Roosendaal. For the Antwerp region that is a shorter drive than much of the Netherlands, so travel times match our Dutch rounds.

Can Dutch and Belgian locations share one contract?

Yes. For many customers that is exactly why they call us: one supplier, one point of contact and the same reporting on both sides of the border.

How far into Flanders do you go?

The Antwerp-Ghent-Hasselt corridor is the core of our Flemish coverage. For locations beyond it we check whether it fits an existing round.
